Destinos Ahora is a multimedia initiative created by fans of tourism and interesting destinations. Our goal is to provide information on travel, hotels and tourist attractions across Latin America and the world, to share both recent discoveries and refreshing data on cities, monuments and landscapes that you thought and knew well.
Our Team
Dulce Aymará is an advertiser. She started early as a journalist at Listín Diario and El Caribe, both renowned Dominican newspapers where she was handpicked from several youth talent programs. Later she entered the management field as a Public Relations Specialist, working in the communications department at the InterContinental V Centenario Hotel and Brugal & Cia.
In 2008 Dulce opened her own Public Relations agency where she advised multinational brands such as MasterCard, Claro, INDUVECA, Nestlé and others. She also worked with government institutions and NGOs such as the Ministry of Public Health and the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO). Dulce is a specialist in Crisis Communication and Large-Scale Communication Project Development. He also has experience in Content Creation and Social Network Management.
Currently, she is dedicated to travel and discover new attractions and culinary offerings around the world with her husband, Emilio Gómez, with whom she created this information platform to share her experiences with everyone. In addition, she offers tips for travelers, as well as the latest news related to tourism.
Emilio Gómez has a professional background in advertising, print journalism, graphic design, web design, computing, foreign relations and cinema. Emilio has loves airplanes, traveling and telling stories ever since his parents gave him a passport when he was five years old. His proficiency in English and Spanish, as well as his curious and cheerful nature, are the tools he applies in his mission to discover the most striking destinations in the world.
A native of the Dominican Republic, his travels have taken him to places like Miami, Brussels, New York City, Rome, Los Angeles, Paris, Managua, Madrid, Orlando, Bogota, Las Vegas, Munich, Danbury, Barcelona, Florence, Boston, Innsbruck, Atlantic City, and finally Buenos Aires, where he currently resides with his wife, Dulce.
Destinos Ahora, which he co-founded with Dulce, allows Emilio to channel all his passions – writing, tourism, technology and pop culture – in one place.
